Founded in 2014 by CEO Deven Patel, JD, InfuCare Rx was initially established as an immunoglobulin home therapy provider in New Jersey. Over the years, InfuCare Rx has expanded its services to include anti-infectives, parenteral nutrition, specialty biologics, bleeding disorder products, and various other therapies to treat rare diseases. InfuCare Rx is licensed to service patients in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Guam, with an ever-expanding footprint of pharmacy, nursing, and infusion suite locations throughout the nation.

InfuCare Rx is a leader in home infusion therapy, continuously innovating and expanding to improve patient care through technology and clinical excellence. Our digital platform, InfuCare Rx Health, offers advanced functionality for internal teams and key stakeholders, including patients, prescribers, payors, and partners. The InfuCare Rx Health platform is a cornerstone of our growth, equipping our internal teams with advanced tools to serve patients with speed, accuracy, and empathy. 

We began our journey with a clear mission: to enhance and streamline infusion care through innovation and compassion. In the past decade, our multi-disciplinary team has been dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized infusion therapies and medications. We are proud to hold multiple prestigious accreditations with URAC® and ACHC®, demonstrating our commitment to the highest levels of regulatory compliance and highest quality healthcare standards for the patients we serve. Today, we are incredibly proud of the progress we have made and the lives we have touched.
