There is currently a blood donation shortage according to Miller-Keystone Blood Center. All blood types are needed. There has been a high need in the last several months due to COVID-19.

On November 24, 2020, one of our nurses organized a community blood drive in her area of Pennsylvania to give back to the local blood bank.

It felt good to be on the other side rolling up my sleeve and donating for a good cause.

-Jill Rowley, Territory Manager/RN

Many community members came out to support and generously donated pints of blood, which will help save lives. The local radio station y102 iHeart Radio was on site promoting the drive and our services that we provide in the community. Thank you to everyone involved! Every drop counts.
